Choose the plan that is right for you. Across our certifications we offer three tiers of plans including: Essentials (1 month plan), Plus (3 month plan) and Advanced (6 month plan). Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of each cycle and can be cancelled at any time. Upgrading your plan can be achieved in your personal dashboard from your account. All plan details can be found on our pricing plan through the exam prep pages.

The PMP® Exam changed significantly on January 2, 2021. The exam is typically updated every two-to-four years, usually associated with the publication of a new edition of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) and/or updates to the Exam Content Outline.

RMC has released the new 11th edition of the PMP® exam prep products to align with the PMBOK ® Guide, 7th edition, Process Groups: A Practice Guide, and the Exam Content Outline.

  • Book one of our online classes in multiple formats so you can achieve your certification contact hours.

If you believe you have purchased a counterfeit book from Amazon or another reseller, file a claim against that reseller (including a refund request) within the site where you purchased. Send us information on any person or organization that appears to be selling or distributing RMC products, training materials, or information content without permission. Lastly, RMC may replace your counterfeit book with a genuine RMC product at a 40% discount off list price of any of our PMP exam prep products, subject to proof of purchase. It depends on the way you choose to study. Our materials, plans and classes are made to suit your schedule and studying needs. If you choose to study with RMC’s Exam Prep instructor-led online class or our subscription plans, we recommend you follow the study plan and areas of focus developed in class. Your study plan should include taking 2 to 3 tests with an exam simulator to achieve a score of 75% or higher before you take the test. Play Rita’s Process Chart game once a day, tracking your score until you achieve a score of 80%. If you use Rita’s Exam Prep book, we suggest that you read the book once through without doing any Practice Exams. When confident with the material, take each chapter practice exams in one sitting. This will help identify knowledge gaps and where more studying is needed.

To claim your PDU credit, you will need to enter the information manually. It will not appear automatically in the CCRS.


  • Go to Pmi.org , click the Log In button at the top right of the screen.
  • Enter your username and password.
  • Click on ‘myPMI’ drop-down. Then click ‘Dashboard’.
  • Click the button: report PDU’s then click ‘Course or Training’.
  • Enter the course title, class dates, hours and qualifying PDUs.
  • Enter the provider name, address and phone number.
  • Check that you agree that the claim is accurate and submit.

Instructions will be given within the eLearning course or instructor-led class to help you claim your earned Contact Hours or PDUs. If PMI chooses to audit your application or your PDU claim, we will confirm your completion of the course or class in question.

To qualify:

  • You must contact RMC within 90 days of failing the exam.
  • The guarantee applies only to the specific exam type and version for which the class was designed.

  • To apply for the CAPM certification, you must meet these criteria. You don’t need professional experience to take the CAPM exam.
  • A two-year degree, a high school diploma or GED.
  • 23 hours of project management education. Meet this requirement by taking an CAPM online class.
  • Document your academic and project management education.
  • Certificate(s) for 23 contact hours in project management training.

Create an account on the PMI website or through the PMI app. You’ll need an account to apply. Have copies of your training and educational information.


  • Complete the application
  • Wait for approval
  • Pay for the exam
  • Schedule your date and select your testing environment

Confirm your eligibility:

You must meet these criteria in order to qualify to take the PMP exam.

  • A four-year degree
  • 36 months of leading projects in the last 8 years
  • 35 hours of training or CAPM certification

OR

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 60 months of leading projects in the last 8 years
  • 35 hours of training or CAPM certification

Document your experience and education:

  • Projects you’ve led and where you worked
  • Your roles and responsibilities
  • Length of time at each job
  • Training you’ve taken
  • Courses completed
  • Qualifying hours

RMC’s Authorized Training Partner Program™ is designed for those who want to teach exam preparation using our materials. When you join RMC’s Training Partner Program, you know you’re using products that are tested and proven to help people achieve certification.

Your Subscription Period begins the first time you use this Username and Password to log into the course system and access the course. RMC recommends that you write down the date and time of your first login, so you may keep track of your course expiration. Access to any particular course will automatically be disabled by our system after the purchased number of days, so we encourage you to manage your time wisely and always be aware of the time you have remaining.
Under no circumstances is it permissible for two or more people to share the same account. An account is similar to a software license, in that the permission to use the service lies solely with one person. Subscriptions and licenses are not transferable, and cannot be shared or resold. If account activity indicates multiple users on one account, the account will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given.
This error can appear after a temporary disconnect from the Internet. Even a brief 5 second interruption that may not be noticeable during regular Internet browsing can cause this error to appear in our learning portal. This error can also appear if there is an extended period of inactivity while using any of our eLearning courses. In either case, if you are seeing this error, do the following:
  1. Log out of the course
  2. Shut down any open Internet browser you have
  3. Clear your cache Go to: https://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser’s-Cache for instructions on how to clear cache
  4. Log back in again
  5. Select the course and choose Resume.
  6. Navigate back to the Course Launch Page and re-launch the course

Following are our current FASTrack offerings compatible with the latest versions of their respective exam types:
  • PM FASTrack® Cloud for the PMP® Exam, v10 (English, Spanish, and Portuguese translations are all currently available) Arabic translation will not be produced
  • PM FASTrack® Cloud for the CAPM® Exam, v4 (English)
  • Agile FASTrack® Cloud for the PMI-ACP® Exam, v2 (English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Arabic available)
  • BA FASTrack® Cloud for the PMI-PBA® Exam, v1 (English)

Some FASTrack Cloud users may qualify for upgrades to a newer version. If you’re within one version of the software currently sold by RMC and have time remaining on your subscription, you may qualify for a free or discounted upgrade. 

If you purchased FASTrack Cloud—either as a stand-alone, or as part of an Exam Prep System—and do not pass the exam before the PMI PMP exam was changed to the latest version, RMC will transfer the remaining days of your subscription to the version designed for the new exam at no charge.  This also applies if you received your license key in a class offered by RMC or authorized RMC partners.

  • Note: Your upgrade will not be done automatically—you must contact RMC to request it. Contact us.
Try this:
  1. Launch the course.
  2. When you get to the message that says “You have previously been in this lesson. Would you like to return to the last visited location?”, select CANCEL, you should see the course tutorial (page 0.1).
  3. Select NEXT to get to page 0.2.
  4. Then use the course menu to navigate to any page.

A few of our eLearning courses include text-entry exercises that appear throughout the course. There are certain characters that will cause the entire course to appear “blank” when launched if they are typed into any of these text-entry exercises. If you are experiencing this issue, contact RMC Learning Solutions at elearning@rmcls.com to re-set your access.

Then, avoid entering the following characters into any text-entry exercise within our course:

Our eLearning courses are designed to track each page the user has visited by placing a green checkmark next to the page title in the course menu. When you exit the RMC Learning Portal, make sure to select the button rather than simply X’ing out of the browser window or tab. In some environments, closing the course improperly can cause the page tracking to fail.

If you have viewed pages in your eLearning course, but they are not being tracked in the course menu, contact RMC Learning Solutions using our contact form.

Completion certificates are automatically generated after you access every page in your eLearning course. If you have accessed every page, completed the exercises and quizzes, and filled out the survey, but still are not able to view your certificate, contact customer service or info@rmcls.com to request a certificate of completion.
